Participants can cancel their participation at any time of their wish; the reasons for cancellation can be various we will not demand you to disclose your reason, however you need to inform us if you are cancelling due to visa issues or improper response of conference committee, this will help us to provide better services in order to increase the participation.
In any case if event is postponed to any other dates in the same calendar year due to any reason then participants will be guided to transfer their registration fee to other conference, if they are not interested for transfer of registration fee, they will be guided towards the refund process. Refund usually takes 25-30 days, upon receiving the request from participant to refund the fee. In Refund amount participant will not get back service tax and government tax paid at the time of registration.
Exhibitors/Sponsors participating in the conference must make sure to acquire the complete information about the target audience. It is your responsibility to inform your target audience to our executives. If the profiles match you can proceed else withdraw your decision. If you complain about target audience after registration, these reasons will not be considered for refund. Kindly enquire about the target audience before payment.
Delegates attending the conference must enquire about the topics discussion prior to registration and must register only if interested.
